What’s the Difference Between Pending Balance and Available Balance on Caraving?
What Is a Pending Balance?
Your pending balance refers to Travel Credits that are not yet available to use.
These credits are generated when you make a valid referral, but certain program conditions still need to be met before they can be applied as a discount.
It’s completely normal for part of your balance to remain pending for a period of time.
What Is an Available Balance?
Your available balance refers to Travel Credits that are ready to be used.
Once credits move to this status, they can be applied as a discount on future bookings made on Caraving, according to the program’s current conditions.
Why Do Travel Credits Move from Pending to Available?
Travel Credits move from pending balance to available balance once the conditions of the Refer & Earn program are met.
This may happen, for example, when:
• The referred friend completes the required steps.
• The referral is correctly validated.
• All program requirements have been fulfilled.
This process can take some time, so seeing changes in your balance status is completely normal.
Do I Need to Do Anything for the Balance to Change?
You don’t need to take any additional action from your account.
Where to Check Your Balance Status
You can check the status of your Travel Credits at any time from:
Profile > Refer & Earn
There, you’ll clearly see:
• Which part of your balance is pending
• Which part of your balance is available
