What Is a Travel Credits Balance?
Your Travel Credits balance is the amount you’ve earned through Caraving’s Refer & Earn program.
These credits can be used as a discount on future bookings made on Caraving, in line with the program’s current conditions.
Where to Check Your Travel Credits Balance
You can check your Travel Credits balance directly from your account by following these steps:

Log in to your Caraving account.

Go to Profile.

Open the Refer & Earn section.
In this section, you’ll be able to see:
• The status of your balance (for example, pending or available)
• The “Referrals” button, where you can access information related to your referrals
What Information Will You See in Your Balance?
In the Refer & Earn section, you’ll clearly see:
• Pending balance: Travel Credits that are not yet available because certain program conditions still need to be met.
• Available balance: Travel Credits that you can already use as a discount on a booking.
Each status has a different meaning, and it’s completely normal for part of your balance to remain pending for a period of time.
Why Is Part of My Balance Marked as Pending?
Some referrals need to go through a validation process before Travel Credits become available.
This may happen, for example, when:
• Your referred friend hasn’t completed all the required steps yet.
• The program conditions have not been fully met.
