The Caraving Referral Program (hereinafter "the Program") enables Users to obtain credit in the form of ("Travel Credits") by recommending new users to join the Caraving Web Platform, and for their use in future reservations through the Caraving Platform.
Participation in the Program implies acceptance of the conditions set forth herein, which are incorporated as an integral part of Caraving's General Terms and Conditions. Any term started in capital letters and not defined in this document will have the meaning attributed to it in the General Terms and Conditions.
How to get Travel Credits by recommending
Caraving Users have the possibility of generating Travel Credits under the following conditions:
- When an invited friend accesses your referral link to register a new Caraving account that meets the requirements stipulated in our Terms and Conditions and;
- such referred friend Completes a Valid Reservation, as defined herein and/or;
- said referred friend completes the creation of a valid Caravanning Vehicle Listing and receives a Valid Completed Reservation.
It is important to note that the User who sent the recommendation will not be able to benefit from Travel Credits for any reservation in which he acts as a Host.
The Caraving referral sender will receive Travel Credit in accordance with the amounts specified for each booking category indicated in the referral or accompanying promotional materials, once the referred friend has Completed a Valid Booking. These recommendations may contain offers for Valid Caravaning Vehicle Reservations and/or the Creation of a Valid Caravaning Vehicle Advertisement (hereinafter "Valid Reservations"). In the event that the referred friend completes a Valid Caravaning Vehicle Reservation by making and consummating a stay in a Caravaning Vehicle, the Caraving referral sender will obtain the Travel Credit specified for said reservation, if applicable. Valid Reservations
A Valid Reservation must be made for the minimum total amount (if any, and always excluding Service Fees and taxes) stipulated in the recommendation, accompanying promotional materials, the Caraving website or mobile application for the respective type backup. How to use Travel Credits
They can only be used through the Caraving Platform. It should be noted that Travel Credits are issued for promotional purposes, have no monetary value and are prohibited from being transferred or converted into cash.

All balance accumulated in Travel Credits must be used in a single Reservation. This means that if the balance in Travel Credits exceeds the total amount of the Reservation, the unused balance will be lost. Caraving users are strictly prohibited from making recommendations in an insistent and repetitive manner, which includes sending mass emails, text messages or SMS to unknown people, as well as using automated systems or bots to distribute recommendation links through from any channel. Recommended friends

Divisibility

Terms Update
Caraving reserves the right to update these conditions at any time without prior notice.
