When you create your Caraving account, we automatically send you two emails: a welcome email and an email to verify your email address. These emails usually arrive within a minute, so be patient. If you still don't find them after that time, check your spam or junk folder.
The second email, the verification email, contains a link that you must click to verify your email address and thus be able to access your Caraving account.
Important: you have 30 minutes!
For security reasons, this link is only valid for 30 minutes, so make sure you click it right after you sign up.
Has the link expired? Don't worry:
If you were unable to verify your email in time, the link will expire, but it's easy to fix:
- Log in to your Caraving account using your username and password.
- You'll see a message that says “Email Verification Pending.” Just below it, there will be a button that says “Resend Email.” By clicking, you will receive a new email with another verification link.
Please note that this email can also take around a minute to arrive, and again, you will have 30 minutes to click the link before it expires.
If the link expires again, simply repeat the process until your email is verified.
